The Web Services technique is pretty noticeable in recent years due to its outstanding mutual operation and loose coupling characteristics. It is considered as a new generation web-based switching technique after XML. It is generally acknowledged that the Service-Oriented Architecture is playing a more significant roll with the more deeply and widely research and applications in various fields. If the Web Services was a tree, the Service-Oriented Architecture would be a forest which will change the traditional ways of building, developing and disposing the application systems and will become more effective solutions for the complicated IT circumstances.According to that the researches on Web Services are mostly focusing on the standard extension, spot-integration applications and developing tools rather than design methods and the traditional SOA based on Web Services has showed many insufficiencies, the construction of better SOA will be an leading subject for the deeper applications and more services coming up in IT. This thesis mainly works on a feasible design method of web services that fully exploits the superiorities of SOA for the enterprises applications. This thesis started with introduce of theories on SOA and Web Services and the relationships between them. Secondly, the defects analysis of present design method of SOA based on Web Services was made. Finally, an integral SOA model was brought up and its superiorities were proved by a real example. The creative point in this thesis is that a more effective and feasible solution was acquired by adding the service dynamic combination module as well as the service relation storeroom into UDDI registration core.
