Lack of developing modern manufacturing services in China has made a impor-tant gap with the United States, Japan, Korea, Singapore, India and other countries in manufacturing industry. To achieve such a strategic task that is the sustainable and rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, we must vigorously develop modern manufacturing services. However, how to develop the modern manufacturing services, how is the manufacturing service platform to build, and how to build the manufacturing service platform, these serious problems are urgent need to be solved.To solve the above problems, a thougut of service oriented integration is referenced, a suggestion of building manufacturing integrated services platform based on SOA is presented in the paper. With some key problems, such as software architec-ture design, functional structure of division, the business function integration, heterogeneous application systems integration, service implementation model and operating profit model, reliable messaging, integration application of logistics information enabling technology and so on, the following specific researches is carried out.On the basis of analysis and comparison of C/S architecture and B/S architecture, distributed software architecture of B/S/D model is designed to use for the platform development. The modular principle and top-down breakdown method are adopted, a software functional structure of the platform is divided, which contains several mod-ules such as the virtual designing and manufacturing centers, the sharing system of advantages of resource for manufacturing, e-business service system, the self-designed system for industry, the platform of public services, the platform of management and maintenance and so on. And design on part of the module is described summarily. Da-tabase grid and WEB service gateway, technologies of reliable message-passing based on message oriented middleware and message agent, enabling information technolo-gies for logistics are used, to complete dynamic integration on the business and func-tion of platform, ensure reliable passing on message from the various application sys-tems, support development and running of management system for logistics informa-tion, will help the above-mentioned software architecture and functional structure ac-complished successfully.Make researches on a product information models based on STEP and its descrip-tion method, exchange mode of neutral file, exchange interface for heterogeneous product data, structure of communication for DNC platform. Put forward an integrated framework between CAD/CAM/PDM systems based on STEP which offers neutral mechanism and product information model and combined with integrated database technique. Its implementation effect from the enterprise that manufacture high-voltage and intermediate-voltage switch illustrates:just two interfaces contained when de-signing heterogeneous system integration, fore-processor and post-processor, the het-erogeneous system integration interface used to heterogeneous data transmission can be specially deployed on the transformation server, every heterogeneous system is only to exchange data with the STEP neutral file, so it is helpful to realize the integration of generalized CAD systems and the integration of off-site heterogeneous systems be-tween enterprises, can provide the platform an integrative solution for the integration of variety of heterogeneous application systems.The services model based on SOA and architecture of WebServices are quoted in the paper, integrated service implementation model, operational implementation scheme based on dynamic e-business service system, and a wide range of profit model for the platform are established, there are the rental fees for collecting resources, the service fees for designing and manufacturing, the service fees for technical consulting, the service fees for information delivery, advertising fees, membership fees, and so on. The hardware and software, service providers, service users and service support pro-vider such as manufacturing enterprise, alliance enterprise at work on manufacturing services, logistics companies, banks, CA authentication center are integrated in the model. So as to the platform is able to provide so many integration services for manu-facturing, for examples, innovative designing and manufacturing to key products, product directory services, security and authentication services, electronic payment services, logistics information services, good resource sharing and using, software ser-vices of enterprise informatization contains 4CP/CRM/SCM, networked products dis-play services, technical consultation online, distance personnel training and so on.Above research results have some significance for the platform building as below: built a bridge between the development need and the designing of system for manu-facturing integrated services platform based on SOA, can greatly reduce the costs of the platform's development, maintenance and upgrade, make the proposed platform has high openness, scalable, and is easy to learn and use; It provides an effective method for the following three problems, they are to ensure the data consistency of the heterogeneous applications system in the proposed platform, to solve the problem of transmission and exchange of heterogeneous data, and to fully achieve the share of data and various resources; An integrated service support model is explored to enhance its service level and capabilities, benefit operators continually looking for new profits, protect the sustainable development of the platform.
