Logistics aftermarket service is an important part of city logistics.Vehicles as an important means of transport in the field of logistics,aftermarket vehicle service expenditure is also an indispensable cost of logistics costs,and its reasonable planning can increase the service life of vehicles and reduce the logistics costs of logistics companies and car owners.In the market,there is a large number of logistics aftermarket vehicle service demand and service resources,how to quickly and efficiently integrate the bilateral resources,establish logistics aftermarket service supply and demand relationships,and provide customers with personalized vehicle service demand for high-quality aftermarket service is the key issue of logistics aftermarket service development.Therefore,based on the service model of bilateral resource integration,this paper will study the service quality evaluation and the service recommendation mechanism of the aftermarket vehicle service program.Specifically includes the following aspects of work:(1)After analyzing the service characteristics and status of the logistics aftermarket,this paper puts forward the model of bilateral resource integration of logistics aftermarket service,and analyzes the demand of post logistics market service platform.Identify platform business roles and analyze their corresponding functional requirements,elaborate on the core business processes of the platform,and further propose the non-functional requirements that the platform needs to meet.(2)Research on logistics aftermarket service quality evaluation based on bilateral resource integration.In view of the problem that the logistics aftermarket service quality is difficult to be guaranteed,on the basis of the service model of bilateral resource integration,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of aftermarket service quality,uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight,establishes the mathematic model of the quality evaluation of the bilateral resource logistics aftermarket service,and evaluates and supervises the aftermarket service scheme.(3)Research on logistics aftermarket service recommendation based on bilateral resource integration.In order to meet the customer's personalized vehicle service requirements,in view of the characteristics of post market service schemes and different applicable scenarios,the paper designs bilateral resource logistics aftermarket service recommendation mechanism,including the recommendation mechanism based on bilateral resource service quality evaluation and the collaborative filtering recommendation mechanism based on bilateral resource integration,and analyzes them separately through experiments.(4)Design and implement a logistics aftermarket service platform based on bilateral resource integration.Based on the bilateral resource integration mode of logistics post market service,design platform architecture and core database,and identify the platform's development environment and software architecture.The four main function modules of order management,customer feedback,service quality evaluation and service recommendation are designed in detail.Realize the logistics aftermarket service platform based on bilateral resource integration,and use white box and black box test method to test the function and performance of the platform.
