As the foundation of energy savings plan,energy measurement has become a hot research object of the world today. In order to better supervise energy consumption data from key energy-consuming organization, this paper designs an intelligent equipment which can realize precise,fast,real-time electric energy data acquisition and transmission based on energy data collection online monitoring platform of Jiangxi province. The existing electric energy data acquisition devices not only have problems with communication success rate, accuracy and instantaneity, but also have limitation in scope of its application. This paper introduces a lot of optimized measures which aims to resolve the problems of corresponding stability, corresponding distance and signal anti-interference in traditional devices.This paper mainly researched on hardware and software implementation of power information collector. In order to satisfy communication requirements, the system applies 32-bit STM32F103ZET6 as core processor which has 5 serial interfaces. It has completed the construction of whole hardware platform by designing the minimum system circuit, communication circuit, human-interactive circuit, power circuit and memory circuit. The system applies three kinds of communication methods which including RS-485, power line carrier and GPRS to adapt different circumstances. It has provided many measures to improve communication quality by analyzing and modeling power line channel through Matlab. One of the methods is to send message at the best time by detecting zero cross signal, the other one is to send message by relaying. This paper has proposed a detailed design which focused on EMC of power circuit, considered the significant impact caused by voltage conversion of three-phase four-wire. The software design of the system will be implemented through management of multi-mission scheduling. The design of software includes many process modules, which contains automatic data acquisition and storage, communication protocol parsing and encapsulation, establishment of communication channel, command control and human interactive. The system has adapted many techniques which include data encryption, data verification, watchdog to improve data security and system stability.By laboratorial testing, the system has been put into operation in JIMT and Jiangzhong pharmaceutical co.LTD at present. The results show that electric power information collector can realize acquisition and transmission of day data, month data, important user data, curve data and warning data. It can receive message from management center and take relevant action. The communication accuracy and success rate has also achieved expected goal.
