The Analysis And Design Of Automated Assessment Platform For Electronic Official Documents Management

In order to strengthen the construction of the company rules and regulations, improve the enterprise management level, optimize business process models, LanZhou Petrochemical Company fully carry out the standardization works of " Management Institutionalized, System Streamlined, Process Standardized, Information Technological, Assessment Automated " in the field of professional managements. As the company information transfer tool, Documents management has reached the first four goals, not achieved the last requirement.To promote the standardization of enterprise management, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company plan to construct the Automated Assessment Platform for Electronic Official Documents management, use of existing information resources.In this context, this paper discusses the analysis and design of the electronic document management assessment automation platform.In sum, research work and achievements of this paper are listed as following:Firstly, it not only analyzes the situation of Electronic Official Documents assessment of the company, but also describes the systems application of the document management;Secondly, it takes a detailed analysis of business demands and functional requirements for the platform, quantitate the assessment elements, determine the evaluation scheme;Thirdly, it discusses the related IT technology needed for the platform;Fourthly, it designs the detailed conetents of the platform, include of the system architecture, the data flow,the function modules, the system interfaces etc.Then,it makes a detailed system testing for the designed and implemented platform;Finally, it summarizes and prospect the platform.The successful application of the platform, achieve the whole process management of information for the Electronic Documents automatic assessment, complete the standardization work goal of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company in the field of professional Document Management.
