From the beginning of the 80’s of last century, the development of digital mobile communication system and mature period, the stage can be divided into 2G, 2.5G, 3G, 4G era, has experienced the evolution from GSM to CDMA to LTE several generations of technology. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile data services showing the trend of rapid growth, LTE as the fourth generation mobile communication technology came into being, greatly enhance the rate and capacity of data communication, to provide users with a more satisfactory experience. Since the deployment of the first LTE network in 2009, LTE network quickly spread around the world. Up to now, the world has 412 countries of the 95 operators to launch commercial LTE services.December 4, 2013 the Ministry of industry and information technology officially issued TD-LTE licenses to the three major telecom operators, China telecom industry officially entered the 4G era. Qinhuangdao Telecom as a local telecom operators, began to invest in the construction of large-scale LTE network. Due to the high frequency of LTE deployment, in order to ensure the effectiveness of network coverage, the need to build a large number of base stations, and therefore need a lot of manpower and capital investment, with the original mobile network engineering experience to build LTE network, the effect is not ideal. I personally in Qinhuangdao Telecom has experienced in recent years, the construction of the project network, has accumulated some practical experience in engineering.Firstly the technical principles and LTE specific engineering practice organic combination, LTE development process and the basic technical principle is presented firstly.Then introduce Qinhuangdao telecommunications LTE network, including network planning, antenna feeder system construction, indoor distribution construction sites for exploration and construction of engineering design.Finally the base station construction standard, network optimization, and other all kinds of theories and case observation, do the real combined with daily work, close to the actual engineering described.
