China Mobile built a total of 1 million 4G base stations in 2013-2015 in order to make up for 3G network disadvantage of spee,covering all the cities nationwide.With the continuous expansion of 4G networks,network construction problems encountered more and more.How to better achieve the planning and optimization of 4G network,has become in the exploration of the target,because of the economic,environmental,terrain and other factors,the network transmission characteristics are different.In this thesis,it studied planning,link budget and simulation of the wireless network,and summarized some methods of construction and optimization of Ma'anshan City as an example.In the thesis,the TD-LTE system was summarized first.The development status of Ma'anshan mobile wireless network was analyzed,business needs was analized.The suitable TD-LTE propagation model of China Mobile was selected.This thesis focused on the link-budget and designed the marco-cell planning.Simulations were provided to verify the solutions.Then the wireless network design principal and solutions were given for the Ma'anshan mobile TD-LTE network.Besides,specific design about wireless access network,radio-frequency channel arrangement,antenna solutions and isolation between interference systems were also included.Finally,from a case study of network planning optimization in Ma'anshan,the key steps of the TDLTE wireless network planning and optimization was summed up.In this thesis,the design of the TD-LTE planning program has a certain reference value for mobile operators.
