With the rapid development of mobile communications,traditional and low-speed data services with voice-based second generation mobile communication system has gradually failed to meet people's demands,and the high data and multimedia services, such as email,WAP browsing,video streaming and other contemporary mobile communication will become an indispensable business component.3G communication system has become the need of the times.TD-SCDMA mobile communication system is the first communication have the right to self-knowledge of the 3G international communication standard , which is a major breakthrough in the history of telecommunication technology.As far as the future of TD-SCDMA network operators are concerned,how to build an efficient TD-SCDMA cell net,the TD-SCDMA network planning and characteristics of optimization plays important role.The main works done in the paper are as follew:1 . Put forward the TD-SCDMA network planning . Analyze the Mobile TD-SCDMA trial network design of the functional requirements,system design and unique design.Combine "Guiyang city Mobile TD-SCDMA trial network design and implementation of the project",put forward this planning.2.Mobile TD-SCDMA trial network design.Mainly analyze the wireless network communication model selection and model calibration,through the NPS software, multi-parameter calibration obtained in this experiment the mean and standard deviation of Guiyang area to meet the conditions of the calibration model calibration data.select the Campbell calculation France on the test network of capacity estimates.Key to the three adjacent regions as an example of a crossing timeslot interference,compared to a kind of partition timeslot method,elicit a kind of flexible and efficient timeslot planning method.3.Mobile TD-SCDMA trial network simulation.Make use of the NPS network simulation software.and the simulation result can achieve the goal.4 . Interference optimization analysis . Focus on the TD-SCDMA network interference and optimization solutions.
