| With the maturing of automation industry, constantly advancing of Industry 4.0 and the growing popularity of nformation technology and industrial internet, communication in industrial field is not limited to devices and the controller. Through the internet, people can detect operating parameters of the entire apparatus by client, and even monitor the entire industrial site operating condition.With the phone,pad widely used in people’s lives,the demands of convenience in managing and monitoring production data and equipment is also rising. Therefore, the urgency of handheld terminal devices in industrial applications is also increasingly apparent.Based on the study of monitoring technology at home and abroad and basic process of i OS application development, reach deeply on the Modbus TCP / IP protocol, analyzed the necessity and feasibility of using Modbus TCP / IP communication protocol, and also developed Modbus communication software to realize communication under i OS system with Modbus. Used the reach results in the pumping station project in Jinshan,and developed i OS mobile monitoring platform.The main contents of this paper are as follows.1) Research on monitoring technology and Modbus TCP / IP protocol at home and abroad, and basic i OS application development process.2) Research deeply on the Modbus TCP / IP protocol, analyze the necessity and feasibility of using Modbus TCP / IP communication protocol. In order to achieve the convenience of mobile monitoring and real-time performance, the traditional framework must be improved. Using Modbus protocol can bypass the production database and database platform and establish direct communication with the underlying data to realize real-time monitoring.3) Develop Modbus communication software to realize communication under i OS system with Modbus. Realize the read and display of original hexadecimal data.4) Application of research results in the Jinshan pumping station project, which is development and application of real-time monitoring used in Jinshan pumping station. The platform includes real-time data monitoring module and query module.Debugging and operation results of the application showed that: The mobile monitoring platform enables to improve the traditional framework of monitoring system. The reai-time of platform can meet the requirements, and the test results are accurate. The mobile monitoring platform had been put into practical application projects. It is convenient to pumping factory personnel to reailize mobile monitoring. It can also improve management efficiency. |
