Field bus as the traditional information interactive channel, is no longer limited to short message communication, its application scope and scale become more broad, monitoring of field equipment are also put forward higher and higher requirements. In recent years, a lot of advanced monitoring technology has been applied on the exchange of field bus and remote Client, but the Modbus protocol is confined to the bus at the scene, It has been unable to meet the needs of the remote real-time monitoring in the practical application, can only through the Ethernet based on TCP/IP protocol to realize the extreme distance transmission, Modbus TCP/IP protocol arises at the historic moment.Currently, the development and mature of network information technology and ASP.NET technology has created a Web browser/server platform for the operation of the window to people. ASP.NET technology is mainly used in building, configuration and running Web services and other application development environment. With the rapid development of NET technology, the Web browser/server is widely used as a kind of information interaction platform in the Internet. Put the monitoring and automatic control system to build on the B/S model of Web applications, using Internet technology to realize the monitoring of industrial and agricultural production process, so as to detect remote devices, scientific experiments, and instrument troubleshooting, thus enables the enterprise to keep up with the world mainstream technology innovation.The rapid development of science and technology, oil, metallurgy, public security fire control, Banks, and many other common areas of safety protection level and the effect of monitoring equipment put forward higher requirements, monitor and control system is gradually from close distance towards the powerful function of routine monitoring of remote mode development. The high requirements of the monitoring system is mainly manifested in the following two points:first, monitoring needs to be widened, small to residential buildings, to oil, public security, security systems, all must depend on monitoring and control system to ensure safety; Second, connect regular monitoring system with the world wide web, send and receive vast distances and store huge data source in time, to achieve resource sharing. So, the Web monitoring system completely conforms to the development direction of automation control system, is the development trend of future monitoring platform.The design and application of remote monitoring system, not only realizing the maximization of resource utilization, and also can enlarge the application field of the Internet, also makes the monitoring system of cost reduction, farther, stronger flexibility. After the application of remote monitoring system, the operator need not attend can check the equipment status and site environment, check whether the equipment normal operation and routine maintenance, such as convenient technical personnel management, which can reduce the maintenance technicians, finally realizes the unmanned guard, achieve the goal of lean. Now or in the near future, a large multinational group and enterprises will be the trend of the cross-regional development, using ASP.NET technology to realize remote monitoring, for these companies, to reduce the budget, improve the production efficiency, enhance the company’s core competitiveness and so on has a very profound significance.At present domestic for monitoring system based on Modbus/TCP protocol Modbus research, its also slowly in the industrial control show the advantages of intelligent will gradually replace the traditional monitoring system. Therefore, the monitoring system based on Modbus TCP and Web application and design of production and life has very important significance, application prospect is very broad.In this paper, based on the research of the Modbus-TCP protocol, with the Internet as an information interaction platform, using the Web technology, to realize the collection to the well site data via a serial port connected to the server to the far side of the user, and in the browser terminal present operation situation of field devices, providing customers with a remote monitoring solutions. In that case, we put forward the monitoring system based on Modbus TCP and WEB design.The full text of six chapters of the monitoring system is discussed.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter firstly introduces the shortage of traditional monitoring platform is put forward the importance of the remote monitoring platform, and analysis of the current monitoring platform research status both at home and abroad and finally puts forward the main content of this topic research and related work arrangement.The second chapter is the system design. This chapter first analyzes and designs the overall scheme of the monitoring system, from the design block diagram shows that the monitoring and control system by field measurement and control system, data transmission systems, SQL Server database system and the remote user; Then introduces monitor platform implementation based on B/S software functions, mainly including user management module, data processing module and the historical data management module.The third chapter is the measurement and control circuit design of the system. This chapter introduces in detail design based on dsPIC30F6014A single-chip microcomputer measurement and control circuit. First introduced the measurement and control circuit design principle block diagram, and then from the power supply module circuit, signal acquisition circuit, data transmission module and human-computer interaction interface circuit and so on four aspects respectively made. Through this chanter, let us to monitor and control svstem hardware comoonents have a more in-depth understanding, provides help for the back of the design work.The fourth chapter is the realization of Modbus TCP communication protocol based on Moxa. This chapter summarizes the implementation based on Moxa Modbus TCP communication protocol. The functions and characteristics of the first to ECS8101 Serial Device Server, and expounds the four major application, introduced the ECS8101 Serial Device Server hardware configuration methods, respectively from the data model and protocol structure to explain the Modbus TCP protocol, and finally shows how to implement the Modbus TCP protocol by Moxa communications.The fifth chapter is the construction of Web monitoring platform. This chapter is the core part of the thesis, mainly introduced the creation process monitoring platform. First of all to explain Web; And then introduced the B/S and C/S structure and three-layer structure; Then explained the development environment of ASP.NET; Finally from the realization of the main interface of monitoring system, the implementation of user management interface, online data management and the realization of the historical data query interface and the curve of the interface to realize four aspects in detail the design process of the monitoring interface.The sixth chapter is the transmission of remote data based on the Web. This chapter focuses on the realization process of Web based remote data transmission. First introduced from the object model and function of ADO.NET ADO.NET database technology characteristic, then separately from the scene with a server-side data transmission and the browser and server data transmission two aspects of the data transmission process was described in detail.
