With the soaring development of the information industry in current human society,the rapid development of the information industry relies on the telecommunication agencies,which provide fundamental services.The telecommunication service providers undertake the functions of Internet access service as well as information delivery at a high-speed,safe and large-capacity transmission.And the reason why telecommunication providers can provide these services is based on national and even global communication cables and all kinds of communication base stations,say,central stations,regeneration stations,relay stations,transmitting stations and the like.Apart from all kinds of communication equipment applied to transmit optical signals and data processing directly,there are all kinds of basic equipment which can guarantee constant power supply of communication equipment and the reliability of computer room environment.However,as communication base stations are widely distributed in remote areas,all small communication base stations must be unattended,excluded from the central computer room.Therefore,it is urgent to demand a safe,reliable communication base station with environment power centralized monitoring system.This paper initially analyzes the existing communication base station with environment power centralized monitoring system,on this basis,combined with the rapid development of industrial Internet of Things and mobile Internet technology,and then proposes a new scheme of using Modbus gateway as the convergent end of each monitored devices in the monitoring system sites from the actual needs of telecom operators.This paper completes the requirement analysis and architecture design of the environment power monitoring system of the provincial telecommunication network base stations,and the design and implementation of the main monitoring software LCMonitor.In order to retain the advantages of the previous monitoring system,the expensive protocol converter is abandoned on the device,and the serial link Modbus bus and Modbus TCP/IP communication mode are abandoned in the transmission mode.The new encapsulation mode of Modbus Over TCP/IP and the ModbusShell method are put forward innovatively.It is used to realize the construction of quert instruction and the analysis of receiving data in multi-site,multi-device,multi-instruction and different checking mode.In order to test the communication function of the monitored equipment,we also developed the Modbus universal debugging tool MGDT.In order to realize the office LAN monitoring,we set up the monitor server LCMonitorWeb.Finally,we develop LCMobileMonitor mobile monitoring mobile app,which solves the problem that telecom operators have to go to the monitoring center to check the monitoring data.
