With the development of intelligent manufacturing and smart factory, the intelligent mobile robot which is an important part of adapting to the flexible manufacturing and warehousing,The government and enterprises have paid much attention to it and help it gained much better progress in recent years. Wheeled mobile robot is a kind of automated guided vehicle(Automated Guided Vehicle, for short AGV), which can reduce the intensity of labor, improve the level of intelligent production and production efficiency. AGV is an outstanding representatives of mobile robot for the industrial application. Robot real-time monitoring management system is an important part of the production management informationization and visualization, and also is the key technology of manufacturing automation and unmanned factory. Based on analysis the function and market demand of the monitoring system, research on monitoring system for wheeled mobile robot, has very good practical significance.Based on the overview of mobile robot upper and lower of a machine system composition and working principle, on the basis of using hierarchical and modular design concept, design software and hardware of the AGV vehicle-mounted controller and communication module. Analyzing function and the market demand of the monitoring system, proposed the overall scheme of the system development of mobile robot.Based on Markov process to establish the reliability of the monitoring system with software and hardware combination model, and based on the system state transition equation for inverse Laplace transform, to solve the system reliability model, obtaining reliability of monitoring and control system. In order to improve the anti-interference ability of AGV system, design some software and hardware anti-interference measures. Based on Qt development environment with cross-platform characteristics, use the multithreading and modular principle to design, using c + + programming language to design a monitoring system of mobile robot with good man-machine interface.In this paper, designing a DXF interface module of monitoring system of mobile robot, realizing the data exchange between with a third party CAD software;Using Qt support light weight database to realize data sharing and storage and other functionality;Based on ModBus protocol to implement a serial port turn wireless remote control and data transmission function. In addition, develop the motion control, electronic map editing, data acquisition, curve display module, etc.of the monitoring and control system.After the real time operation,each function module ofthe monitoring and control system haverun stable and reliable, has reached the design requirements, at the same time, the monitoring and control system has the advantages of cross-platform, easy to extend and good generality,has good application value in the field of mobile robot surveillance.
