Research On Risk Management Of DH University Campus Communication Project

And the quality of the service supply can not be full of the demand when the university enrollment expansion and the education reformed. The 4G environment lead the company of China Unicom to refurbishment, upgrade or reconstruct the communication network of colleges and universities. Within the case of university communication engineering the engineering technical requirements, schedule and quality requirements are strictly, project managers must correctly understand and properly deal with the risks in the process of these requirements to achieve purpose to better meet the project construction, improve service quality and enterprise competitiveness.Communication engineering campus in DH university is difficult to meet the teaching and life under the premise of the teachers and students, need to upgrade on line, add some new equipment. In this particular project, construction conditions and requirements must meet the basic technical indexes, such as not to disturb the normal teaching life.
