Study On The Government Function In The Construction Of Public Library

With the development of our socialist market economy, the living standard and quality of citizens are improving quickly and people also pay more attention to their spiritual life. However, in recent years,the contradiction between the demand of spiritual life and the supply of culture service’s insufficient is growing. Therefore, meet the demand of civic culture and realize the right of citizen culture are to promote the cultural development and prosperity of our country, and which is also one of the most important way for our government to shifted to service government. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the construction of the system of public cultural services, the one-stop shop to gradually open to the public free of charge, the introduction of policies to support various cultural, indicating that the construction of public service system is gradually improving, and constantly improve the efficiency of public services.
