A Study On The Government Responsibility Of Public Library Development In The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System In China

Under the background of the construction of public culture service system in China, this thesis analyze the problems of government responsibility in the development of public libraries in our country, in order to promote the improvement of government leadership and the specific government responsibility, and provide some suggestions for the development of public libraries.This thesis begin with the construction of public library development in the public culture service system, defined the meaning of the government responsibility on the development of the public libraries, and discussed the present situation as well as the existence question and the reason of the public library development in the responsibility of the government, puts forward the concrete path to deliver the government responsibilities in the development of the public library. Including strengthen public library reasonable planning and layout; construction sustained and stable government funding mechanism; speed up the construction and implementation of the law of library; all directional multi tiered and the transformation of government functions; construction of comprehensive, reasonable and effective supervision mechanism.
