With the maturity of the domestic tire industry MES(Manufacturing Enterprise Process Execution Management System) system construction, more a nd more companies are building their own MES management system, but the existence of semi-finished workshop production of different types of equipment, a wide range of materials, logistics transportation existence of divergent characteristics, to the construction of MES systems difficult. Therefore, how to shop for semi real-time data acquisition monitoring equipment, semi-finished products to improve inventory management, and provide the basis for production scheduling, material control FIFO, the entire production process traceability flow, improve tire quality control standards has become an urgent important issues.By semi tire workshop business needs analysis, combined with other existing management systems and MES workshop semi workshop management exper ience and to the idea of software engineering, the use of a three-tier C / S(Client- Server) software system architecture, the system proposes a semi tire workshop MES enterprise management system solutions. System implementation, this paper first to achieve the basic information module maintenance function, the main achievement of the basic information material and equipment maintenance functions; Secondly, based on the production site that actually implements the client module use in the field, this module implements the field implementation of the plan production information maintenance, succession management, maintenance, real-time monitoring of equipment status and other functions of the first pieces of recording; then combine the first two modules of the hand-held terminal scanner-based system of semi-finished library management module, which is the main achievement of semi-finished inventory queries, storage, a library and refunding function; and finally realized the validation molding workshop whe n used, the validation process records, reminders, save traceability, the combination of these modules in order to achieve a suitable tire semi-finished products workshop MES management system.The actual use of the system from the user point of view, the better solution semi FIFO workshop materials, production process traceability problems, the system after a field test run, to meet user demand, the normal on-line use, praised by users.
