With the ever-changing market demands, the increase in variety and the decrease inbatch of discrete manufacturing, product quality control are becoming more and moreprominent. Related to all aspects of quality, expanding and improving the monitoringand management of quality are now the key to occupy the market. Currently, manycompanies which own MES, ERP, PDM and many other information auxiliary systemsstill fill entry or type the records by hand for data acquisition in quality management,the data collected cannot be used well, and problems cannot be promptly disposed afterappearance. Thus, by constructing multi-source gathering and real-time datatransmission system, establishing and improving the intelligent processing mechanismand powerful computing system, has important practical significance for improving thequality of their products.Based on the research and analysis of operation and quality management status ofthe workshop, the quality information management system requirements were analyzed.On this basis, the rules of quality data acquisition were analyzed to design the operatingprocedures in different equipment, the framework of quality data collection andtransmission capabilities applicable to the workshop was proposed. Then SPCimplementation steps of the production were analyzed, combing the data processingflow and puts forward the basic program for on-site management. To improve theinformation management systems capabilities in data processing for quality control, acloud data service system based on the cloud platform was discussed with its keytechnologies, and the application of quality management based on this system wasdescribed.Finally, considering the situation of all kinds of hardware and software for the workshop quality management, completed the detailed design of the main modules andintroduced the development and operating environment of the system. With the Webdevelopment technologies and the framework for distributed services, the systemprototype was developed, which can provide the open interfaces to external services andexpansion capabilities, and ultimately implemented the elementary digital qualitymanagement system of the workshop.
