Research, Development And Application Of Workshop Quality Management System Based On MES

On the basis of key research project of The Science and Technology Bureau of Zhejiang province about manufacturing information engineering, with the analysis of workshop quality problem of manufacturing enterprises, workshop quality management system based on MES(Manufacturing Execution System) has been researched in this dissertation, and according to the actual condition of blade workshop of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd, we use intelligent development tool GeneXus to exploit the quality management system of that.In the 1st chapter, the research background of the dissertation is introduced. Related theories and research status of workshop quality management system based on MES is discussed. And then, the significance of the dissertation is analysed. Finally, main research content and structure of the dissertation are given.In the 2nd chapter, the frame structure, function model, information structure and process model of workshop quality management system based on MES is discussed, and on this basis the characteristic of it is analysed.In the 3rd chapter, on the basis of analysing the quality situation and problem of blade workshop of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd, the general framework and function model of workshop quality management system based on MES is designed, and the design of integration and database is taken into consideration.In the 4rd chapter, the key techniques of system implementation, which include Data Auto-acquisition, quality statistics and business intelligent, is discussed. The principle of Data Auto-acquisition is described, and on the basis of concrete situation of workshop about quality control, bar code technology and radio frequency identification(RFID) technology are applied to realize data auto-acquisition of system. The dissertation introduces the origin and statistics principle of 6 sigma, and the function of sigma levels calculation is integrated in order to constantly improve the competence and ability of quality management of workshop. At teh same time, the component JfreeChart is integrated for the purpose of displaying the quality statistics data by chart and table, it can give reference for the quality improvement and reform of enterprise. The basic theory of business intelligent is introduced, and the business intelligent software Cognos is used to do some quality anlysis according to the data of system, it may give some support of enterprise quality decision-making. In the 5rd chapter, the system modeling process and characteristic of GeneXus in which MDA(Model Driven Architecture) is first successfully applied in the world is discussed, and making good use of it to exploit quality management system for the first time.In the 6rd chapter, reviews the main jobs and achievements of this dissertation, and gives a prospect for future work.
