With the continuous renewal of Internet technologies and information technologies,the manufacturing industry is moving towards intelligence,information,and digital development.The establishment of a digital workshop is a trend in the development of manufacturing enterprises.Real-time data collection of the manufacturing process in the workshop and the realization of intelligent management of the manufacturing process are the basis for realizing the digital workshop.Therefore,this paper researches and develops the data acquisition and intelligent management system of the digital workshop manufacturing process,provides decision-making optimization and support for the manufacturing process management and control,so as to improve the management level of the production workshop and improve the production efficiency.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,the demand for enterprise information management was analyzed,The characteristics and connotation of the manufacturing connection were studied.Based on the architecture of the Internet of manufacturing things system,the intelligent management architecture of the digital workshop manufacturing process was proposed.Summarized data collection methods and integration methods,and established manufacturing process data management models and application plans based on the new manufacturing models such as Internet+ Collaborative Manufacturing,Manufacturing Materials,and Cloud Manufacturing;combined with workshop production status and system requirements for a space manufacturing company.Digital shop floor manufacturing process intelligent management technology architecture theoretical system,designed data acquisition and intelligent management technology architecture,the architecture consists of workshop floor,data transmission and processing layer and application layer,elaborated the relationship between the various layers,the system network architecture The design was made and the B/S structure was chosen as the software-architecture.Then,the method of data acquisition of NC equipment was studied.The data collection of distributed heterogeneous NC machine tools based on network port,serial port and electrical circuit signals was realized.The acquisition program of different acquisition methods was designed and developed.A universal heterogeneous distributed CNC machine networking scheme,Modbus communication protocol was selected,data exchange between the workshop floor and database server was realized,and WebSocket technology was used to realize the real-time transmission of state data of CNC machine tools and the functions of the software system.The module has been designed in detail.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the development of the software prototype system,including system software design principle,database design and function realization,system development and running environment,system function module was tested and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
