Then the relevant personnel of each link the questionnaire by mail, etc. related to purchasing paper distributed to radio and TV industry in. Through to these personnel anonymous questionnaire, obtained for risk identification of special TV equipment the special procurement objects. Through the investigation, the conclusion is indeed and I itself expected access to a certain extent, it also shows that the special TV equipment procurement has many unique. According to the statistical data, I identify four risk has the very big harm to the special TV equipment procurement. So I based on the four kinds of risk, one one to find out the preventive measures, but also prepared to deal with the method of risk after. Finally summarized a set can be used as risk assessment in the special TV equipment procurement in the form in the form of graphs, and provide a theoretical basis for the later special television equipment procurement risk assessment.
