Design And Implementation Research Of Campus Management System Development Project Planning In Qinhuangdao Institute Of Technology

Qinhuangdao Institute of Technology campus management information system software development projects has the following characteristics,involves range is wide,and there are many application subsystem,while in the construction process and the need to balance the needs may change, and so difficult to implement.On the basis of in-depth study of relevant theory, this paper introduces the basic situation and characteristics of the software development project, and through the combination of the actual situation of the development project and the agile SCRUM process model in the development process, we can make a discussion on how to do the project planning. The main content of this paper includes four parts:First of all, this paper introduces the research background and the research status of domestic and foreign research, the main contents and methods of this paper, and discusses the relevant theoretical content of project management, standardization software development process.Secondly, this paper introduces the general situation of the software development project of Qinhuangdao Institute of Technology campus management information system,including system function, requirement analysis, project characteristics and influence factors, and analyzes the possible problems in the process of developing project, and discusses the necessity of applying agile development method in project management.Again, this paper introduces the research on how to use the standard software development agile SCRUM process model theory, combined with project management theory to develop software development project planning. And the formulation of the relevant auxiliary plan is discussed.Finally, this paper discusses the implementation strategy and security measures of project implementation strategy and security measures, which also need to be combined with the actual situation of the project, and then to ensure the smooth implementation of the project plan, and to achieve the project objectives.In this paper, the standard software development process agile SCRUM processmodel is applied to Qinhuangdao Institute of Technology campus management information system software development project planning of specific practice, the software development project plan to develop a high reference value, but also for the rapid development of the SCRUM model in the domestic software development industry, the application of the road.
