Administrative office system in Colleges and universities is mainly for electronics,automation college administrative management, to achieve a more timely and accurate collection and processing all kinds of information,change the traditional manual processing office means, to further improve the administrative office of the standard, the degree of standardization, the offices and administrative office collaboration, improve work efficiency and service quality.This paper mainly introduces the analysis, design and implementation of mobile office system of Hunan Vocational College of Science and Technology. First introduces the current research situation at home and abroad, office automation,and analyses the status quo of China’s university administration office automation system construction, and combined with the feature of operation mode and the system structure of university administrative management, the necessity and feasibility of construction of administrative office system in our school are analyzed. In view of the administrative office automation requirements of our school to carry on the concrete analysis, has carried on the overall design,including system design principles, structure design, functional design, system development platform and the choice of development tools, system software and hardware environment selection, and gives the main function modules of the business flow chart and detailed design,at present in our trial use.Results show that the system has a circulation of official document,digital assistant,personnel management,system management and other functions, it not only can save administrative costs, but also can improve the work efficiency,but also enhances the interoperability between various administrative departments.
