Enterprise Knowledge Management System Design And Implementation

With the development of a knowledge-based economy and the needs of enterprises to respond flexibly to changing market, knowledge has become an important business asset. Take Zhejiang Electric Power Test and Research Institute as an example: their complexity and large quantities of knowledge can not be managed by labor and it is even more difficult for their engineers to find the necessary knowledge in time. Therefore, to establish enterprise knowledge management system is inevitable.According to the Zhejiang Electric Power Test and Research Institute of Collaborative Knowledge Management System, this paper introduces the architecture and technical implementation of specific functions of the knowledge management system. The system'smain contents are as follows:1,On the background of this system, both at home and abroad on the researchenterprise knowledge management as the basis for the Electric Power Research put forward a knowledge-based enterprise collaborative management system design principles.2,Study and research required for the realization of the system theory and technology: including: the theory of Computer Supported Cooperative Work, knowledge management, J2EE and Spring Framework.3,presents the architecture of the technical implementation and the design of the system, and in the overall architecture it proposes a gear linkage model of collaborative knowledge management. We implement the model through load, display and linkage of data of the system in order to achieve the automatic and convenient circulation of enterprise knowledge in different functional modules.4,Introduced the concrete realization of the system, including system configuration operating environment, document management configuration to achieve coordinated process configuration management configuration management and technical reports.The system has been the use of Zhejiang Electric Power Test and Research Institute, can be used to support the design and management personnel working for the coordination office also provides a good environment.
