The Research Of Agent Technologies Applied To Application Process Reengineering

The Self-Service System supplys different new styles of services independently and automatically, and can serve people day and night. This paper mainly focuses on the application of agent technologies to achieve the independency of different processes in The Bank Self-Service System Platform. During the work accomplishing, Agent technologies are applied to this field, and a new thought is presented in the designing and developing of the key component —The Operational Flow Editor, which makes the changing and reorganizing of flow possible. In this paper, the functional needs, the systematic structure, the flow chart, the capture and saving of the status of resources, the knowledge representation and the communication mode of The Operational Flow Editor are mainly researched. The consideration of using Agent technologies is also discussed. At last, the realization of the system by C++Builder, and the further betterment are given.
