Research On Model, Method And Technology Of Process Integrated Knowledge Collaboration

The current century is an era of knowledge, knowledge has become one of the most important resources for organizations. Under the increasingly competitive pressure and undulation of economic environment, organizations need to ceaselessly adjust themselves. So the leader of a organization must have to know about the current business processes and knowledge resource precisely.In this background, knowledge naturally becomes a very important region of management research. And knowledge collaboration is a important direction of research on knowledge management (KM). On the point of view from KM,"knowledge collaboration"should link the knowledge to business processes. What it focuses on are knowledge and collaboration."Knowledge"represents the key point of economic environment and competition, and"collaboration"stands for a business pattern of organization."Knowledge collaboration"would promote the work of collaboration in the organization and upgrade the competitive power through using knowledge. What it focuses on are the knowledge flow of the organization and dynamic optimization in business process which closely related to collaboration.After the work of collecting and summarizing the literature and research finding about knowledge collaboration, with the support from the item of National Nature Science Foundation of China(No. 70601025):The research on theory, method and tool of context-integrated knowledge management, this thesis imported the concept of knowledge flow for solving the real problems appeared in knowledge collaboration of organizations and improving the deficiencies of these research, , and it combined the method and theory of knowledge flow with business process , gave the concept of process-integrated knowledge flow and the related models, tried to make a close connection between business process and knowledge resource to satisfy the knowledge demand of personnel during the business process. At the same time, this model became theoretic foundation of the process-integrated model of knowledge collaboration.After the step of modeling, according the request of the model, this thesis gave a method of knowledge collaboration what has a close relationship with process-integrated knowledge flow. And it used the characters of process-integrated knowledge flow to realize the collaboration between knowledge personnel and knowledge resource, or among the knowledge personnel. Then this thesis analyzed current tools of knowledge collaboration. After comparison of these tools, this thesis chose Wiki for the application and detailedly introduced the character and current application of Wiki.And then showed the peculiarity of Wiki which accord with the request of knowledge collaboration.At last, this thesis designed a process-integrated Wiki knowledge collaboration system and introduced the function modules of this system. After realization of some function modules of this system, at last, this thesis showed a case of application of the system to validate the validity of the method and system mentioned in this thesis.
