In recent years,with the rapid development of civil aviation industry and airport passenger throughput increased year by year in China,annually,Air Traffic Management Bureau(ATMB) needs to support the number of security flight,which is growing rapidly.In order to meet the increasing needs of flight support, recent year, ATMB has continuously increased the construction of the infrastructure and equipment, which is to improve the efficiency of flight support and means.However, with the continuous development of the business and the increasing of the new station,personnel training speed is relatively backward, especially for some stations, such as remoteness and geographical distribution, which are difficult to train and recruit the fixed personnel. Currently, in the case of professional maintenance personnel in short supply, it is necessary for the ATMB to implement unified and effective monitoring and control for each station power supply equipment room environment.To this end the design based on the reality of ATMB’s needs, it is designing to develop a centralized monitoring system for the distribution of air traffic control.The design is based on the actual needs and considering the needs of the future development of the ATMB.First, the paper designs the overall framework of the centralized monitoring system, including the design idea, design principles, design objectives, monitoring content and Specific functions of client software.Monitoring content includes high voltage power distribution cabinet, low voltage power distribution cabinet, transformer, diesel generator set, centralized UPS and computer room environment monitoring;specific functions of client software includes user management, equipment maintenance, alarm setting, communication transmission, monitor display and data storage management.Secondly, based on the design of the overall framework of the monitoring system, the project designs and implements database functions of the system,which is using Server SQL database software designed to monitor the data form and database operation interface, and based on the VC++6.0 development platform to achieve the Server SQL database access and operation.Third, based on the design of the overall framework of the monitoring system, the design used VC++6.0 development platform to achieve the monitoring system of the business functions, RS485 serial communication transmission, SNMP (simple network management protocol) communication transmission, monitoring system interface switching and communication and monitoring system for data acquisition function.Finally, the functional modules of the project are tested and linked,problems are be solved in the test, ensure the system security, stability and reliability in the actual operation.
