According to the actual needs of Ningxia rural drinking water safety project management work, starting from the angle of improving rural drinking water safety project management informationization level, using the technology of computer network technology, geographic information system (GIS), using JavaScript as the front desk development language, through the web page implementation provided by ArcGIS Server map database resource access functions. Background development focuses on the use of C# language, and combined with Microsoft SQL2008 database design. In Ningxia rural drinking water engineering investigation information on the basis of the data, in close connection with the Ningxia rural drinking water safety project management business process, construction of the B/S structure mode of Ningxia rural drinking water safety project management information system, now the main research results are summarized as follows:1, for Ningxia rural drinking water safety project management features proposed based on GIS of Ningxia rural drinking water safety project management information system the basic framework, main functions and components. The system is designed to achieve the Ningxia rural drinking water safety project information management for the purpose, to provide digital information platform for rural drinking water project management personnel, so as to improve the water conservancy department in charge of the management level and efficiency.2, build the mode of B/S structure of Ningxia rural drinking water safety project management information system, the main function of the system by the map operation, data management, statistical analysis, system management of the four modules is realized with of Ningxia rural drinking water safety project management information data, add, delete, modify, query, map roam, print output, real-time online updates and other functions.3, the establishment of the spatial database based on GIS, that is, to achieve the property data and spatial data to retrieve the integrity of the database. In order to maximize the effectiveness and accuracy of the data to reduce the data redundancy, in the actual database design process to carry out in-depth study. As the core part of the system, the design of business database plays an important role in ensuring the overall performance of the system.In this paper, as a part of the of the Ningxia water resources department of the Ningxia rural drinking water safety engineering key technology integration and practice of research projects, in order to improve the Ningxia rural drinking water safety engineering management informatization level provides technical support. The system has friendly interface, with strong statistical functions and database management functions, to provide decision support for the Ningxia rural drinking water safety project management work, and can also be used for urban and rural water supply project management information and reference.
