With the rapid development of information technology, the traditional campus drinking water distribution pattern cannot meet the demand of teacher and student who would like to have an easy way of ordering water. At the same time, the increasingly standardization, normalization and efficiency of campus management directly pose the challenge to the campus water station. In order to become the survivor in the challenge, the campus water station needs an efficient and convenient management system. The system mainly focuses on drinking water distribution management system design of the Tianjin University of Commerce. The paper is divided into five parts:the first is a summary of part, which is the brief introductionof the paper, the second is the analysis of the demand The third is the design of the systemthe fourth is system implementation and development tools, the fifth is the summary, finally is for References and gratitude.Firstly, discussing about the background and status of the system, difference between online ordering and the traditional campus drinking water distribution model is illustrated in a detailed way, then directly pointing out the shortcomings of the traditional campus drinking water distribution however, the online order system just verifies the side parts of the traditional one.Furthermore, elaborate the drinking water distribution system development status, and emphasize the special needs of the campus. The second part is requirementsanalysisIn the phase of requirements analysis, it mainly focuses on the analysis and design of main use case, including the use case diagrams and descriptions..the main channel to obtain the requirements about the system is the questionnaire that is distributed to teachers, students and deliveries of water station. The design of drinking water distribution management system is mainly from the five aspects, which are acquisition mode, business requirements, user requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements respectively. The fourth part is actual implementation, which is an overview of the entire system. Through analyzing the traditional distribution model and the current growing demand, integrated applying the advanced technologies such as myEclipse, Servlet/Jsp, Java, JDBC, Ajax, Struts1.x Hibernate Spring etc, campus drinking water distribution management system are developed which operates on the environment of WEB based. The said system includes system design patterns, functional module design, database design and so on.The detailed system design and implementation contains system design thinking, design flow, interface design effects Systematic development tool is an introduction to the development tool that is applied for system design. The system covers basic functions involving in on-line ordering water for campus users, information modification, order management in the background, distribution management, employee management and so on. The above functions and the relevant implementations lay the foundation for the further development of the campus drinking water distribution management system in much more convenient way. Finally, it is for the conclusion of the system, According to the background of the paper and basis, Tianjin University of Commerce drinking water distribution management system are developed and designed. The system mainly consists of the user interface information change, historical orders, exit the system and management interface user management, official management, order management, account management, exit backstage and other basic functional modules. It is special designed for teachers and students who have special needs for drinking water and for the convenient management of logistics department of school. Through the detailed description of system, and the overall structure of the system, each functional module and process has been analysis.Through the research, the system basically satisfies the need of the user for online order water, while water distribution is also more efficient and convenient. At the same time, the system has the expansion interface for standby applicationto meet future needs of the system users.
