The author also deployed and maintained the software.Focus on the isomerism data sources exists in the system, the authors designed and implemented isomerism data integration software in which Excel as mid-data source, thereinto the data conversion module mainly transfer the Excel data into relational data, Excel processing components mainly provide users operating functions on the Excel document. For the reported data from basement water supply service administration section in various regions lacks of standardization, the author proposed and implemented a data preprocessing methods combining program scanning and manual examining. To complete Data preprocessing in this method by means of two stages including data acquiring and data processing. This method improved the quality of imported data and accelerated data processing. Now the system has been put into practical operation and access to users praise.
