Universalization of mobile phones, tablet PCs and other portable personal learning tools, intelligence and diversification of mobile phone software system, support of WIFI,3G and other network technology, quietly promote the changing of the learning style in the twenty-first century. Mobile learning and micro learning enter our life.This study based on the computer assembly and maintenance of computer courses in the teaching of mobile phones in the classroom role of the problem, in the context of the theory of situational awareness, design and development of mobile learning resources.And through the promotion and use of the mobile learning resources, to enrich the knowledge of computer hardware procurement and maintenance in vocational school students, and expect the secondary vocational school students can use the maintenance case module to write electronic notes, develop good learning habits.This article uses the literature research method, the questionnaire method and the interview method, has analyzed the possibility of the secondary vocational school student’s mobile phone study, and has carried on the collection to the student and the teacher’s use effect. Mainly do the following work:1) Based on the investigation of literature at home and abroad, the related concepts of mobile learning and the theory of Situational Cognition are studied in detail.2) Analysis and statistics of the secondary vocational student’s mobile phone usage and mobile phone learning content Through "on the vocational high school students mobile phone learning status survey".3) Take the core course "computer assembly and maintenance" as an example, independently designed a resources. The mobile learning resources into the classroom, help teachers teach, guide a student to learn, assistant teachers cell phone in class management, training student self-examination and self educated computer basic fault, maintenance case records. The "memory" and "computer hardware installation" design and development of the core case study.4) To promote and use the mobile learning resources. And through the investigation concluded that the mobile learning resources software can correctly guide the use of mobile phones for students.This feature is to provide a detailed based on the cognitive theory of the situation of vocational computer courses design process and the method, for mobile vocational learning activity designer provides a reference and change the role of mobile phones in the classroom.
