Enterprise E-learning is a positive measure to solve the contradictions between working and learning. Along with the development of Internet and the explosive growth of knowledge, more and more enterprises begin to take E-learning as main form of employee training.Curriculum design is an important aspect to say whether the implementation of E-learning is good or not. Good curriculum is designed to presents a rich learning content which meet the training objectives, greatly arouse the enthusiasm of the staff to learn and improve E-learning effect. But domestic researchers haven't paid enough attention to Enterprise E-learning curriculum design; Enterprise E-learning is strictly still in the E-training stage, without achieving the desired effects of E-learning.Situated Cognition is an important component of adult learning theory and in accordance with the characteristics of adult learning. If we apply Situated Cognition theory into the field of Enterprise E-learning curriculum design, or to say, if we design Enterprise E-learning curriculums under the guidance of the theory of Situated Cognition, the Enterprise E-learning effects should be improved in the Course Link.In this assumption, this paper carried out a specific study using Design-Based Research methods. First of all, examined the research and application status of Enterprise E-learning curriculum design, analyzed the problems existed; Secondly, constructed the prototype of Situated Cognition-Based Enterprise E-learning curriculum design framework on the basis of the theories of curriculum design and Situated Cognition; Thirdly, Applied, evaluated and improved the framework in practice under iterative refinement method, which not only improved the framework, but also truly improved the quality and effectiveness of E-learning curriculums; At last, summarized the research results, innovation and shortcomings, and made several prospects and recommendations for future research.
