In recent years, the difficulty of the teaching management and workload have beenincreased as the expansion of secondary vocational colleges as well as the constantimprovement of the students more over since the teaching equipment and the shortage ofteachers. In that case, If you continue using the traditional manual process, not only can causelow work efficiency, process quality, at the same time also will increase the intensity of laborof the teaching staff. Therefore, the automatic arrangement system of the secondaryvocational school is the problem to be solved urgently.The main objectives of this paper is ZHAOQING CITY SCIENCE ANDTECHNOLOGY VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, In view of the existing problem of theteaching arrangement of the school, we should research and design a suitable software systemfor that. The main work in the process of the research and development is as follows:(1) The paper analysis the problem in detail, then research the constraint conditions, getthe target and the difficulty, then establish the combinatorial optimization mathematicalmodel.(2) On the issue of key algorithms, comprehensive consideration arrangement systeminvolves various factors and constraints, on the basis of detailed analysis of each algorithmcharacteristics, the greedy algorithm will be used to solve the problem(3)This system adopted a combination of the automatic arrangement andmanually.which allows the user to set some of the key courses in advance of class time andvenue, then carries on the automatic arrangement. the results of the automatic arrangement isthat the user can check on schedule, adjust, print and other related functional operation.(4) Paper was designed and implemented based on greedy algorithm arrangement system,which has realized a number of functions, eg. the user and data management, query andoutput schedule, automatic arrangement and manual process.Practical application proves that the system process is speedy, less conflict, simpleinterface, which also can satisfy the basic requirement of curriculum arrangement of thesecondary class school, and reach the target of the design.
