Real estate industry is an important industry in the national economy, the industry is related to everyone in the community. Because everyone has a close relationship with the housing. Housing construction, the real estate business is most concerned about the problem, so we have to design a reasonable, convenient housing sales management system.With the gradual maturity of the real estate industry, the continuous development of information technology, the application of information technology in the real estate industry is becoming more and more important. In the real estate industry in the process of rapid development, customer demand is also increasing, so in the real estate sales will appear a variety of problems, such as real estate sales contract is not standardized, information collection is not very comprehensive, sales performance is not ideal, and some questions. Now the real estate market is highly competitive, only with advanced information technology management of real estate sales, so that we can achieve customer service quality and efficiency of the upgrade, and thus improve economic efficiency, and ultimately improve market competitiveness.The real estate sales management system is to solve the following problems. First, the system can quickly and accurately carry out customer input, customer information inquiries, customer analysis, to provide decision-making basis for the management of real estate sales promotion has a set of significance; second, the housing sales management system, as a query information, sales status inquiries, customer booking and other functions, to provide a convenient tool for sales, to enhance the work efficiency has a certain significance.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the application of the real estate management information system and the real estate system, this paper puts forward the necessity and practical significance of developing the real estate management system. Then the development of the system has carried out a detailed feasibility analysis and demand analysis, the function of the system includes the real estate information management, sales reservation management, notification message management, service management, system management and other functional modules. At the same time, the system flow chart is compiled, and the software structure of the whole system is designed, and the function of each module is described. This paper introduces the technology and the basic principle of the system, the use of B/S system structure, and the use of SQLSERVER, ASP.NET database, and some other software tools to complete the design of the system.Finally, the interface and code of the system are realized, and the purpose, task and method of system testing are introduced. After testing, the system can be normal operation and simple and convenient, easy to operate. Finally, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the system, the requirements of the future may be presented as well as the design experience and feelings.
