In recent years, great changes have taken place in the medium, working conditions and environmental conditions in the production process of oil field. And the production process of oil field is becoming more and more complex, the difficulty of the correlation and coupling between process steps and the level control of the free water removal device in the oil-water separation become large. All these lead reasonable control of the daily work in the joint station become very difficult.In recent years, with the rapid development of the software and hardware of the control system, the present control system of joint station on production process of various kind of process, equipment, environmental parameters detection and monitoring of the timeliness, comprehensiveness, accuracy are not up to the requirements of oilfield production’s scientific management and policy decision. According to the present situation of a joint station in Daqing oil field, a centralized monitoring and control system is put forward in this paper, and a set of monitoring system for the production process is designed. The operation of this system can make the daily management and work of the joint station more automated, efficient and safe. The primary contents are as follows:1、Combining the current situation and control methods of the centralized monitoring system at home and abroad and analyze the characteristics of the process of a joint station in Daqing oilfield, determine the monitoring parameters of the monitoring system, put forward the temperature, pressure, level and other monitoring content and control requirements.2、Through the analysis of the parameters of temperature, pressure, liquid level control strategy and propose to using PID control strategy to control temperature and pressure, using fuzzy PID control strategy to control level. By simulate the dynamic model of the free water removal device and realize fuzzy PID control.3、In this paper, the monitoring system including the hardware and software design.In terms of hardware, the hardware implementation scheme of PC+PLC is selected,and the central control room, dehydration station, sewage treatment station, booster station and other station hardware according to the production requirements to make the choice of configuration. In terms of software, the Rockwell factorytalk view studio se configuration software is used to designing superior machine man-machine interface, and PLC software is used to programming. The aim of centralized monitoring and control of the daily production work of the joint station is implemented.
