At present, PID control is mostly used in Multipurpose station refining and transmission,oil-field exploitation enter into high containing water or moisture period ,The control system that using general or numeral PID control scheme is difficultly satisfied technical demand in existence. This thesis study the control rule correspond in allusion to multitude variable , mightiness coupling and time lag system in oil-field multipurpose station refining and transmission .The mostly content and method included in this thesis. After analyzing the theory of multipurpose station refining and transmission system, in this thesis, the technics flow and parameters are introduced, the system variables and relation of variables are analyzed.Temperature control of Heat FurnaceThe control project on Heating Furnance is designed with the use of model free cascade control method base on the temperature of furnance exit and the temperature of hearth. From many aspect compare analyse between model free controller and PID controller, Simulation results has concluded that model free controll method is better realize control in many aspects than PID controller,such as track capability,adaptability, anti-jamming and overcome big time lag. It also demonstrated that model free self-adaptive control method can entirely realize closed loop and steady control that PID control method could not in the control locate in Multipurpose Station refining and transmission System.Self-adaptive Fuzzy control scheme is used in the oil-water separation process .As oil-water interface and pressure are correlative and each loop of variable system exist coupling. So in order to obtain satisfactory control purpose,It is necessary to realize variables decoupling control. Auto-set free water of First Settling TankSelf-adaptive fuzzy control is used in auto-set free water of the first Settling Tank .This thesis is designed with fuzzy control and Self-adaptive fuzzy control design control scheme,Simulation result have demonstrated that Self-adaptive fuzzy arithmetic has choiceness quality that quickly response,short transition time and strong robust quality. It is to avoid leading to uncontrollable effect for system instability interface and pressure control of oil-water separate process.
