Mobile gas station is one of the important tasks of military logistics equipment,gas security is the main means to realize pol.In the mobile gas station,during pumping station operation,the condition of load will change randomly,and pumping power assembly must adjust the working conditions,so as to make the system to quickly reach a new equilibrium point.Meanwhile,the process of the adjustment should be smooth.In the artificial regulation,the start,stop,running and capacity switching of the pumping station are all controlled according to the artificial experience,therefore,it is difficult to achieve a pressure balance or flow balance,which would result in change and imbalance in pumping head,and the effect and efficiency of the pumping station would be affected.Moreover,if the regulation is not finished in time,or errors occur as artificial regulation would also lead to a serious accident.So the intelligent automation control of the pumping station can bring great economic benefits and military benefits,and it is also of great significance.By analyzing the current situation of the mobile gas stations worldwide,it is put forward that there are some control precision problems in the existing domestic gas station.In order to solve these problems,the theory of intelligent control is proposed,which is used to replace the traditional PID control method.By means of the researching on the expert control theory of the pumping station,the expert fuzzy control theory and the experts fuzzy control theory simulation,hardware device of the engine throttle control system with the manual automatic integration was developed.The fuzzy control rules of the pumping station in fuzzy control have now been determined by the expert system,the control model is obtained finally.The comparative experiment between PID control method and intelligent control method was designed and carried out.The experimental results show that the intelligent control method is effective.In which the intelligent control error is almost the same as that of the PID,but its control speed is faster,and its efficiency is higher.Moreover,the intelligent control method works smoothly,and can save energy.This new system is of great application value and market prospect.
