As the integrated product of computer technology, communication technology,instrument technology, and control technology, Fielbus is one of the focuses of thecurrent technical development in automatic field. Fielbus is whole scattered,intelligent, bi-directional, interconnected, multivariable and multipointcommunication network which connects intelligent working equipment withautomatic system. PROFIBUS, as one of the international specifications of fieldbus,has been used extensively in automatization of processing, automatization ofmachining and automatization of building.First, the basis and background in selecting this topic to research in the thesiswere discussed. Then, the paper introduced the concept, property, typicalprotocols of fieldbus technology, and the consist of protocols, properties andadvantages of PROFIBUS were researched. The paper mainly introduced theproperty, the function and the communication model of PROFIBUS-DP.On the basis of research on standard of PROFIBUS, one kind of Master-Slaverstructure control system based on PROFIBUS-DP with SIEMENS S7-300 seriesPLC was researched and designed. The paper discussed the network configuration,the hardware structure, software and monitoring interfaces design in detail. TheMaster-Slaver structure control system based on PROFIBUS-DP has realized the testand control to the three intelligent slaver stations (CPU313C-2DP) by the materstation (CPU315-2DP).Based on the study of the theory, the structure and the properties and advantagesof fuzzy control, a set of two dimension fuzzy controller by which the temperaturecontrol system of gas boiler is achieved was researched and developed to one of thethree subsystems. In the paper, the design method of the two dimension fuzzycontroller was researched in detail. At the same time, the programming method withSTEP 7, the soft:ware for S7-300 PLC and the development of monitoring interfacewith configuration software Kingview were analyzed. Without depending on theprecise mathematical model and without the parameters of P, I, D, the fuzzytemperature control system of gas boiler has achieved the good effects in controllingthe temperature of the gas boiler.
