The tube mill is typical MIMO system with long time delay, close coupling and timechanging apparently. Using the traditional PID control system, it is difficult to put intoautomatic operation efficiently. And the control result is not satisfying. It is difficult tokeep the pulverized system in safe condition and in low energy consumption at the sametime. Based on summarizing the defect of the existing control method to the ball mill,and combining with the fuzzy control and predictive control given by relativedocumentation to ball mill, this paper propose a new control method-fuzzy predictivecontrol, and apply it to the pulverized system.First, model the pulverized system as T-S fuzzy model using the input and output data,and identify precondition structure and parameter of T-S model with fuzzy C-meanscluster algorithm and the conclusion parameter with recursive least-square (RLS). Andthen, deduce the fuzzy CARIMA model, and adopt the fuzzy CARIMA model basedcollective optimization multi GPC in the tube mill control system. Simulate the controlsystem designed in this paper when the set value and the controlled quantity stepchanged and the parameter of controlled object changed, the simulation indicate thecontrol algorithm designed have the rationality, the service quality and the strong robust.
