Currently, the circulations of agricultural products in Guangxi province mainly rely on the traditional agricultural products wholesale market. This traditional circulation mode exist lots of problems, including decentralized logistics operations, organization disorder, low efficiency and poor safety, extensive management in agricultural industry chain, lack of information communication and non-standard operation, which lead to imbalance between supply and demand and poor benefits in the supply chain. With the development of the market, the traditional circulation way of agricultural production has been unable to meet market informative and the requirements of the development in supply chain. The need for researching a new style of agricultural production and circulation has increased to solve these problems. In this research, an agricultural supply chain mode that depends on the integrated management platform is presented and the logistics operation logic of agricultural supply chain is studied, which provided theoretical basis and data support for the design of management platform. The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:Firstly, according to the present situation of production and circulation of agricultural products in Guangxi and the perspective of supply chain, an agricultural supply chain mode relied on the integrated management platform is presented. Then, this dissertation analyzed the members and demands of the agricultural supply chain ecosystem through three dimensions including longitudinal dimension, transversal dimension and the management dimension. In addition, the operational goals of agricultural products supply chain are hierarchical planned from decision layer and management layer and execution layer.Secondly, on the basis of the integration thoughts and modular cogitation of the supply chain, an operation network from plan to perform using S&OP as the main line is designed. According to the SCOR, the logistics operation model of agriculture supply chain is established, and the operation process of the supply chain is studied over the process. The logistics operation program logic of agricultural supply chain is presented, and the modular logistics operation planning process of agricultural supply chain is designed.Thirdly, the plan and control method based on the TOC is presented. On the basis of the operation mechanism and thought of TOC, the dissertation analyses the logistics operation program logic of agricultural supply chain. A method to identify the bottleneck resources is presented and then studied to calculate the bottleneck with the method of assumed product. The cursory capacity constraints over plan scheduling, including equipment capacity, staff capacity, technical ability, capacity constraint of cultivated field and the natural environment constraint, are presented.Fourthly, based on the analysis about capacity constrain involved in planning, the detail relationships in the logistics operation planning of agricultural supply chain are studied. Taking the planting module as an example, the dissertation specifically expounds a series of operational logic relationship range production requirement, master production schedule from operation plan, and then analyzes computational logic in the conversion relationship between the plans and material flows.Fifthly, an integrated management platform system model about logistics operation of the agricultural supply chain is presented. The system is designed from the overall structure, functional structure and data model. Meanwhile, the business logic layer of program management system is designed. Finally, through using SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008, the system is designed and then developed.
