At present, the circulation pattern of our country agricultural product supply chain isvery unreasonable. There are many questions. For example: too many intermediate links inthe supply chain, organization level is too low, information is not unobstructed, transportsystem is not perfect. In our country, agricultural products logistics costs accounted for50%of the total cost.95%of the time would be used in storage, loading, processing andtransportation. The logistics process loss rate of the fresh agricultural products in the harvest,transport, storage reached25.7%-30%.In order to solve the problems in current agricultural product circulation pattern. In thispaper, based on agricultural products logistics center as the core enterprise of supply chain ofagricultural products. Optimize the core enterprises of logistics system simulation, Specificcontent as follows:The first,analysis of current supply chain of agricultural products circulation mode.Building agricultural products logistics center as the core enterprise of supply chain ofagricultural products.The second,Use of ExtendSim system simulation software to establish agriculturalproducts logistics center logistics system simulation model. Model will be the shortest pathof the transport system as a local optimization goal, be the minimum total cost of logisticssystem as the overall objective function. Model will solve the optimal inventory strategy oflogistics system.The last,in Baotou RH agricultural products logistics center as the research object,analysis model.In this paper, agricultural products supply chain has theory significance to thedevelopment of agricultural products in the future; proposed a method of the optimalinventory strategy in agricultural product logistics technology has practical significance.
