Optimized Research On Material Support Links In Emergency Supply Chain

How to effectively deal with emergency incident is a complex systemsengineering, which covers many aspects and the most foundational and important linkis material support, whether emergency supplies could be sent timely and orderly willdetermine success or failure of emergency operation. However, emergencymanagement starts late in our country and there lacks scientific theory and method instrategic or operation level to guide emergency rescue practice.This dissertation takes the whole emergency rescue chain after disaster toestablish emergency supply chain; then use qualitative and quantitative analysismethod to study main links of logistics operation in emergency supply chain, whichinclude emergency material raise and demand forecasting, reserve system andinventory control, transportation and dispatching.The current researches about emergency logistics are mostly focused on schedulemodeling and qualitative analysis method is mainly adopted in other links, howeverquantitative control method is lacked and systematic research about emergency supplychain is lacked further. Consequently, this article has some theoretical and practicalsignificance.
