Research On Logistics Management And Information System Of Specialized Agricultural Products In Hubei Based On Supply Chain

As a major agricultural production province, Hubei is well-known for "land of agriculture and fishery" and "province of thousands of lakes", it has better agricultural resources, climatic environment and transportation route, especially it’s characteristic agricultural products, no matter in kinds and quantities are among the top ones in China. However, under the long time influence of "emphasis on production and neglect of circulation", the input in the circulation of agricultural products is relatively small. Due to the lack of logistics infrastructures and logistics technologies, and compare with developed countries, in the circulation of agricultural products, the loss of agricultural products is larger, the logistics cost is higher and the management efficiency is lower. Furthermore, there exist hidden dangers in the aspects of quality and safety of characteristic agricultural products in Hubei. Because of the information in circulation are opaque, what is often happened is that counterfeit and inferior goods appeared in the market, labels of producer are unclear, problem products are difficult to traced back, etc. in the long running, it will lead to consumer’s confidence of buying characteristic agricultural products at a discount greatly, thus affect the healthy development of supply chain of characteristics agricultural products. How to make the information of supply chain operation process transparent, and delivery the characteristic agricultural products of Hubei to the consumers better, is the research objective in this paper.On the basis of reviewing a great deal of literature and investigating, the paper takes the supply chain of agricultural products of Hubei as research object. Through expounding the characteristics and realization form of supply chain and supply chain of agricultural products, the paper propose the concept of supply chain of characteristic agricultural products and analyze its integrant parts. To analysis and research the present situation and the realization form of supply chain of characteristics agricultural products in Hubei. Using the SWOT method to analysis the four aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of supply chain of characteristics agricultural products in Hubei, then establish the SWOT matrix and list SO, ST, WO, WT strategies, considering the public information platform of WT strategy as the point of contact, to build the management operating system of characteristic agricultural product in Hubei to achieve the optimization of the whole processes of supply chain. Analyzing the influence factors of information sharing that participant considered, based on the game theory of government regulation and accreditation bodies-companies-consumers, put forward that the optimal decision is the government to build the management operating system of characteristic agricultural products, and elaborating the information sharing processes. Finally the paper structure the management operating system of characteristic agricultural products of Hubei, which based on.NET development platform, SQL Server2005database, C#programming language and B/S system architecture. The structure of system framework and the main functions is designed, thus to realize the transparent of information in the management operating system of characteristic agricultural products, to achieve the sharing of information and the optimization of processes.
