Research Of Local Television Stations’ Dialect Program

Dialect TV program is very popular in the TV screen in recent years. As a product of media demassification and media competition, partial TV stations producing dialect TV programs to gain a lot of praise and good ratings. But Behind the phenomenon of dialect TV programs increase rapidly it is the real problem that these TV programs have a very large number and inferior quality, lack of creativity. This phenomenon is more obvious in local television stations because of weaker position of resource status. Shen tan er wu is my sample and I try to research the present situation and the development status dialect TV programs in local TV stations. Firstly in order to obtain first-hand information about the TV program I join in and try to be familiar with the working process of Shen tan er wu. Secondly, I research the emphasis and shortage of the TV program by text analysis. Thirdly, through the way of questionnaire, I investigate the program audiences’viewing habits. And it is a supplement of this TV program because it hasn’t ratings survey. Shen tan er wu has three shortages in economic, management, and show defects, and the most serious one is show defects. Tongue-in-cheek News localization, monotonous content of TV programs, bad program effect and Low faithfulness of audiences is the problem to be solved. Shen tan er wu also constantly look for the future development of road and break through development bottleneck. Such as organizing the offline events, Multi-platform promotion, making use of new media and establishing the band of TV program and anchorman.
