Research On The Development Strategy Of Dialect Program Moderator

As the TV industry is becoming more and more narrowcasting, TV media various ingenious methods and competition is intense. Various types of program emerge in endlessly. Dialect television program is produced under this context. Because of its closeness and regional unique to the audience, it has become a local TV station’s ace program. Host as the sound man and spokesperson of the program and the medium, is very important for a show or even a media brand building. The host of dialect program is very unique as with other hosts, while the shape of the host of dialect program’s image have not given enough attention yet. Although the dialect program develops rapidly, the quality doesn’t matching. The shape of the host of dialect program’s image is the breakthrough to change this situation, so it is essential for the dialect program’s long-term development.In this paper, writer analyzes the host of dialect program using semiology theory. And concluding the features of their external image and internal image. Then analyzes the problems existing in the current image of the host of dialect program. Finally it comes to the conclusion the host of dialect program ought to be the symbol of the regional culture. Base on this conclusion, author points that the development strategy of hosts is to model the host to be the symbol of regional culture on all side.As a practical applied paper, this paper combined theory with practice, using the relevant theory of communication,semiology, and the marketing management. Using the research methods such as case analysis, comparative research and literature reading method, analyses the host of dialect program’s image, put forward the strategy of the dialect host’s image. Making up the current blank theoretical for the research of the host of dialect program, this is also the innovation of this article.
