With the increase of the studio hd equipment and network equipment, the security of studio broadcast live face more acid test. The live risk management put emphasis on the equipment risk. It could not identify risks comprehensively and also unable to determine whether these existing measures can get command of an acceptable range. To solve these problems, using preliminary risk analysis (PHA) and layer of protective analysis (LOPA) to analyze live risk.In this paper, using the PHA method to identify a comprehensive risk identification from the angle of the studio system. It has identified 121 live risk events, in which of 58 risk events from the existing historical data. This paper formulated a risk matrix with the characteristics of broadcast live, which can determine the risk events RPN. Selected 10 high risk grade events as input of LOPA analysis. Using the LOPA method to calculate the failure probability of the live risk and response, decide whether to add a response. This paper come to a conclusion that the system of information network system need to develop practical and feasible countermeasures. The innovation point of this essay is:from the perspective of risk management structured approaches, semi-quantitative analyses of the studio live risk has investigated by live risk matrix, PHA and LOPA approaches. It has put forward the improvement on the method of risk management framework. With the practice of Live risk management to improve, it has analyze d the overall Live risk and find that hardware, software, and personnel risk has a great influence to live safe. It would have a certain application value for the studio live risk management improvement.
