The design of remote monitoring system include three points:Whether the functions meet the demands of enterprise; The compatibility and expansidility of system; The existing automation level. This paper aims at the reactor of Anli synthetic leather Co.ltd. By analyzing the technological requirements of polyurethane combining with the improvement requires and functional needs of monitoring system, we finally completed the Polyurethane Remote Control System design with continuous debugging and testing.According to the polyurethane manufacturing technique and functional needs of remote monitoring system, we designed a safe and efficient solution. This project divide DCS remote monitoring system into production system design and remote monitoring system design. It is mainly contains the hardware design, the software design and remote monitoring design for production system. The hardware design of manufacturing system concludes switching circuit design、pump control circuit valve control circuit and mixer motor control circuit design. While, In the software and remote monitoring design, research group established the develop software with a terminal interface of Kingview 6.55.This paper took the lead to raise an idea that using Kingview as secondary development to accomplish the upper computer monitoring, remote monitoring data sharing and Web release.The DCS remote monitoring system of this paper could work in a stable,safe and reliable way with a nice instantaneity, expansibility and compatibility. It fully fulfills the needs of production monitoring which is worthy of promotion.
