Hoisting equipment is an important mechanical equipment in the energy industry,as a connection between the well and the underground,the safe and stable operation of equipment is very important,so the study of the safe and stable work of the hoisting equipment is great important.In this paper,the mine hoist is used as the engineering background of hoisting equipment,this paper mainly discusses on the research direction of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis,and combines with the current research situation of hoist test system,this paper puts forward the construction mode of the "field test subsystem + internet test subsystem" for remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine hoist.In this paper,according to the field test subsystem,put forward field monitoring and diagnosis model based on Kingview,include the design of monitoring content and hardware selection and hardware connection and acquisition scheme and communication mode and field monitoring program,at the same time,the establishment of the field database.For the shortage of analog acquisition about monitoring system of mine hoist,and the lack of data for otherapplications,at the same time,it is difficult for users to maintain and develop,the modular design of the system is presented and more simulations are collected.In this paper,according to the internet subsystem,put forward remote monitoring and diagnosis based on internet,include the design of Web server and local server,the transmission and establishment of remote database,the design of internet monitoring system based on ASP.NET.For the data can not be real time monitoring on the web page in the past,put forward the design of synchronous database system,and real-time data transmission to the internet monitoring interface is to display.In this paper,for the bad of fault diagnosis effect in the remote monitoring and diagnosis system of mine hoist and the mine hoist brake system fault samples are few,a fault diagnosis method based on support vector machine is proposed.In order to solve the difficulty of parameter selection of support vector machine and the influence of parameters of SVM on fault diagnosis,a method for parameter optimization of SVM based on particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)is proposed,the accuracy of fault diagnosis and classification of hoist is improved.Test proof: "field test subsystem + internet test subsystem" the model of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for hoisting equipment,it can not only be carried out to monitor,diagnosis and maintenance hoisting equipment on multiple levels,it can realize the data synchronization between field database and remote database,graphical user interface for fault diagnosis is simple and easy tooperate.the fault diagnosis method of support vector machine based on parameter optimization has the advantages of high speed,high diagnostic rate,and small sample size,the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system has higher fault classification and dynamic diagnosis,it can also be used to carry out the kinematics test,the static test of the structure,the electronic control system test,the loading system test and other scientific application research experiments.
