The Design And Research Of Monitoring System For Wet Resin Ingredients Based On DCS

With the growing of demand for leather products,polyurethane industry has ushered in the rapid development stage.So the automation level of this industry put forward higher requirements.This paper first introduces the topic background and research significance,then introduced the development of batching system,and analyzed the production process of wet resin.According to customer's new demands,this topic designed the monitoring system for wet resin ingredients based on DCS,and this system is based on the early stage of the cooperation project.According to the requirements of industrial site,we finished the design of hardware circuit,software and the man-machine interface.Meanwhile,we designed recipe management system and remote monitoring system,and according to the questions in the process of installation and debugging,we simply analyzed the interference problems of DCS system.Among them,the design of hardware circuit includes the power distribution circuit,switching circuit,pump control circuit,valve control circuit and mixer motor control circuit.It achieved the switch of automatic and manual,and met the requirements of pump valve linkage.Man-machine interface includes process interface,curve,archive interface and the formula interface S7-300 PLC as the control center and configuration software Kingview as the man-machine interface.PLC and Kingview achieve communications by industrial Ethernet.
