| With the development of information technology, the existing granary monitoring systemof single parameter measurement, which is not combined with automatic control system, can’tsatisfy the demand of the national grain storage information construction standards.Additionally, the reuse of existing temperature measurement cables need to acquire addressinformation of the sensors, to achieve the address read and write in multiple sensors is alsoworth further studying. Based on the idea of integration of grain situation sites and PLCcontrol module, a remote monitoring system of grain depot based on internet is presented. Sothe multi-parameter cycle monitoring and equipment controlling in the unattended grain depotis realized.An efficient serial interface communication mechanism of multiple single-chipmicrocomputer is designed in the lower computer software and a new type magnetic couplingisolation chip is adopted in RS485hardware network, the construction scheme of RS485network of each measurement and control module is given. And a circuit of enhanced driveability of single bus is designed. The address of single bus temperature sensor can be searchedby using the binary tree traversal methods, in order to realize the reuse of temperaturemeasurement cables and rapid multi-point temperature measurement, to improve thecompatibility of the system.Aiming at the problem of measurement and control system can’t effectively integrated,we have established the grain situation extension and PLC control module. Meantime, wehave completed the system integration development based on KingView software and uppercomputer program for data’s reading and automatic burning of temperature measurementcables’ address. It realized measurement and control with the multi-channel online at the sametime. It also completed the function of data curve drawing, the generation of data report,alarm settings, the query of history data,3D display, and others. It provided powerful datasupport for grain storage information system.Through field testing and experimentation, this project realized the measurements ofwarehouse temperature, warehouse humidity and grain temperature, the remote detection ofout door temperature and humidity, and the remote control of ventilation, cooling device.the research results successfully have been applied in the grain storage informationmanagement system in the northern suburb of Jingmen city. |
