With the rapid development of information science and control technology, People’ssafety and comfort requirements for office and living is being growing.Intelligent buildingand building automation control came into being designed. To develop a set of stable andefficient Building Automation System to become a city construction of important issues.This article is based on practical engineering applications in WuHan,Developed a BASunder Kingview soft which can meet the needs of the Building control.The entire research and development work is based on the engineering practice.Completed the design of the overall solution for building control systems, Research thecommunication between the kingview and external devices,On this base,fire alarm systemsand emergency lighting system are analyzed, Focus on the development of the two systems tocommunicate with the kingview and test the debugging and running.Man-machine interfaceof monitoring and control of the entire system have been developed on kingview，Theacquisition of the monitoring and control of various subsystems have been realized.In the system development process,we focuse on the kingview communication and thedata collection mechanism,Design the Kingview interactive communication driver for thesubsystem development which has been already in use.
